"Awesome customer support"
Awesome customer support. I called the company to inquire about shipping before placing my order since I wanted to make sure the product would get here. They looked into it and called me back to verify it would. It showed up right on schedule, and the guy even called to see if it had arrived, which was really thoughtful.
